Windmist Farm owner and winner of the 2019 Edible Rhody Local Hero Award, Martha Neale, will discuss the importance of diversified livestock farming, or the production of a variety of livestock products. Marketing will also be a key component of the workshop discussion, as labels, packaging and distributing are valuable in selling your products. Come learn how to run a successful livestock business and develop marketable products that fit the community's needs from an enthusiastic farmer who's been in the business since the 1960s.

Join us as we learn all about growing in caterpillar tunnels from farm owners, Bob Payne and Camille Abdel-Nabi. Caterpillar tunnels are easy to build structures that provide great protection from rain, wind, hail, and snow, allowing individuals to grow for more months of the year.

Wicked Tulips has the largest u-pick tulip field in New England- tulip lovers, mark your calendars! Tiptoe through more than 600,000 tulips, experience the sights, sounds, and smells of spring on a historic farm and bring home a fresh hand picked bouquet of the most amazing tulips you have ever seen. Young, old, singles, families, friends, romantic dates, green thumbs or black thumbs, bring your camera a blanket and prepare to make some beautiful memories.
We expect to open late April and close mid May.
* We are open rain or shine.
* Tickets are required and must be purchased online.
* Tickets will go on sale on www.wickedtulips.com a few days before we open. Mother Nature will decide when that will be.
