Community log inoculation

Come help us get a majority of our logs inoculated while learning the technique of growing mushrooms on logs. We will start the day with a farm tour and talk about fungal lifecycle and log inoculation. The rest of the day we will spend working in teams of 4-5 people inoculating logs. A lunch utilizing local ingredients and Fungi Ally’s mushrooms will be featured. Cost $40
