Pickily produces a line of fresh-pickled vegetables including cucumbers, beets, brussels sprouts, red onion, mushrooms, cauliflower, peppers and more. Our mild brine is more sour than sweet and our produce is always very lightly cooked or completely raw so they're crunchy and fresh tasting.
Pickily is a Rhode Island based startup entering it's second year. You'll see us in many grocers and farmers markets around state.
