A SPECTACULAR day to pick BLUEBERRIES!!!!
Now is the time to pick 10, 20, 30 or more lbs. of BLUEBERRIES The bushes in Section III and Section IV are loaded. Supper easy picking!!!

For the next 2 weeks we are in the prime of our late Summer BLUEBERRIES!! That said, we will have plenty of berries to pick now and heading into the first part of September!
Lots of berries to pick and lots more yet to ripen!!
The eastern block of blueberries is ready for picking. There is a heavy blueberry crop in this block. It is easy picking! Very Large blueberries are being picked from this block.
'Lateblue' is the first variety to ripen in this block, followed in a couple of weeks by the variety 'Elliot'.
Pinecrest Farms own varieties are also in this block.
Berries on these varieties will continue to ripen well into September.
ALSO
The berries on our 'Darrow' variety are starting to swell and turn blue. They are right at the entrance for easy access. They also comprise most of the bushes in Section 3. Section 3 is adjacent to the Blackberries.
BLACKBERRIES are ready to pick!! Come early, blackberries get picked out quickly every day!!
NOTE: Our evening hours offer the opportunity to pick in the shade, which is provided by the surounding whitepine forest, or picking in the setting sun.

The bushes from the weight of the heavy berry crop are leaning sideways instead of erect. This means fantastic berry picking!!!
The picking is as easy as it gets for blueberries right now ---- with that in mind ------ August has been and shall be this year, the ultimate month to pick blueberries at our farm!!!!
