For Businesses and Institutional customers:
AoHH was started by Gloria and Adam Petroski in 2003 in the beautiful, heavily wooded country-side of Coventry, Rhode Island. We are specializing in breeding not only for color, quality of fiber, and so forth, but also to have FRIENDLY alpacas.
We are also involved in forestry, with 28 acres of managed hardwood forest. Seasoned cordwood is available for sale. We have about 10 acres of wild blueberries on a "Pick-it-Yourself" basis at a low fee, and some organic peaches. (Call in season for availability.)
In addition, we have 2 guest rooms for Bed and Breakfast, and have facilities for parties and special events. Children's Birthday Parties are a favorite!
This season we have started bringing 3 or 4 animals at a time to various schools and events. Our alpacas were a big hit at LaSalette Shrine in Attleboro, MA in Sept. 2011 for their Annual Family Day. They've already asked us to return next year.
See the Farm Tours page (click under Navigation in the menu list left) for information about coming to visit for a few hours. Meeting the alpacas is something the whole family will enjoy!
Raw fiber is available in several beautiful colors.
