Rosasharn Farm in Rehoboth, MA chemical-free
Some of what we grow is available year-round.
Rosasharn Farm is located on 80 acres 10 miles east of Providence, RI in Rehoboth, MA. Started in 1986 by Anne Petersen, Rosasharn Farm's main focus was its nationally recognized herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats. In 2009 the farm expanded to include a vegetable CSA managed by Anne's daughter Margiana. This transition was natural after years of family food growing experience. Our family-run homestead grows 2 acres of sustainable CSA produce for both summer and fall shares. We also raise pastured meat chickens, heritage pigs, and laying hens as well as our award winning Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats.
Our fall 2012 season is just around the corner! This fall, we are excited to continue strengthening our community with even more family-friendly on-farm events, workshops, dinners, and educational opportunities.
Every year, Rosasharn Farm CSA provides a uniquely educational internship program for aspiring farmers. In joining our CSA, you are helping to educate the next generation of sustainable small farmers! Interested in an amazing internship experience? Email us for more info.
We are now accepting share members for the fall 2012 season. Shares are limited, so sign up early!
